How does step tracking work?
Pulseline Health reads your step data directly from Apple Health. Make sure you grant HealthKit permission when prompted, and that your iPhone's motion & fitness tracking is enabled in Settings → Privacy → Motion & Fitness.
My steps aren't showing up. What do I do?
Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Pulseline Health and make sure Steps is toggled on. Then close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, try toggling the permission off and back on.
How do I log a check-in?
Tap the "Log Check-In" button on the Dashboard. You can record your weight and any notes. Check-ins build your daily streak — try to log one every day!
Is my data backed up?
Yes — if you have iCloud enabled on your device, your Pulseline data is automatically backed up and will restore if you get a new iPhone. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud to verify iCloud is on.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete all your data by going to Settings inside the app and tapping "Delete All Data." Deleting the app from your iPhone will also remove all locally stored data.
How do I join or create a group?
Tap the Steps tab, then scroll down to find the Groups section. You can create a new group and share the invite code with friends, or enter a code to join an existing group.
